Balance

A balanced approach is the key to generating sustainable and lasting changes, in work as in society. At Forestae, we choose balance because we have always tried to identify the right point between caring for people and achieving our goals. It’s what drives us to cultivate a healthy work environment, one which brings together well-being, efficiency and listening. Even when we interact with the outside world, we seek harmony between time, resources and expectations, finding solutions that work without being forced.

Listen

In a world that tends to simplify and automate, listening is an act of responsibility. At Forestae, listening is the foundation of every process, starting with internal ones: we engage openly, welcome different points of view, and allow ourselves to be changed by questions. Even in our projects, active listening is the first form of collaboration: it allows us to enter into real relationships with companies and organizations that choose us, to understand deep needs and co-design with awareness.

Equity

Equity is sometimes perceived as an ethical issue: for Forestae, it is a strategic choice, because it creates systems that are more robust, more humane, and more capable of lasting over time. Working with equity means recognizing the value of each person, starting with the team: we foster a transparent environment, where roles and responsibilities are clear and each person’s contribution is recognized.
