The birth of Forestae
An idea that turns into reality
Forestae has existed since 2016 with a precise goal: to experiment with a different way of being an agency. Three communication professionals chose to combine their experiences to give life to a model based on respect, collaboration, and mutual growth: in the agency sector, it has always been a challenge to build and maintain realities that generate value without sacrificing important aspects such as work well-being and talent enhancement.
From collective to agency
The staff grows and structures itself
For some time Forestae was a collective, conceived following the principles of syntropic agriculture: a collaboration model between freelancers capable of integrating different skills and building relationships based on trust. Then, following the desire to face increasingly complex challenges, Forestae became a real agency, with people permanently included in the staff and a set of professionals who collaborate from the outside: it is the ecosystem, which today is increasingly an integral part of our identity.

Over the years we have honed our skills and curated increasingly articulated projects. It was then the encounter with the world of sustainability and impact that marked a profound turning point for Forestae: it pushed us to reflect on our role and the contribution we can offer to the environment and society. Collaborating with realities committed to change, we chose to put our strategic, creative, and organizational skills at the service of those who share our vision. Today, that intuition continues to guide us: we help companies and non-profit entities express their commitment meaningfully and strategically.
