Gender equality is essential to sustainable growth, both within and outside the walls of any company. At Forestae, it’s certified.
Forestae is committed to upholding and promoting the values and principles of equity and positive social impact, internally and externally.
Moreover, we believe that sustainability also extends to the way in which a company shows its appreciation for the people within it, regardless of gender or other characteristics.
So, in 2026, we decided to give structure to this commitment by implementing a gender equality management system pursuant to the guidelines of UNI PdR 125:2022, obtaining the relative certification with a score of 100/100.
It takes more than just a policy or a statement of intent to achieve true gender equality. We’ve built a veritable management system with special roles, policies, processes, reporting tools, monitoring activities and training for the entire team.
This system guarantees equal opportunities and a fair work environment, backed by certification which pushes us to maintain it and improve year after year.
